II. Prize Redemption

Winners will be announced at around 16:00 on the day the post is published. Winning followers will receive an official reply saying:
“Congratulations on boating across Xuehu and meeting Xiao Qiao! You have won an exclusive seat XXX.”
Winners must send a private message to the official customer service account before 18:00 on the same day, providing their full name, contact number, and ID number. -
The prize is valid on the day after the winner announcement only, and only for the 20:50 Tianzhu boat performance on that day.

Boarding procedure: Please arrive at the Xuehu cruise pier in advance before the performance. After staff verify your ID information, you may proceed to your designated exclusive seat for the show.

Cruise seats are for the winner’s personal use only and may not be transferred or resold. Once the submitted name and ID information are confirmed, they cannot be changed.

Winners who fail to send the required private message within the specified time or fail to board on time will be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and no replacement will be provided.
