Leveraging its strengths as a UNESCO Global Geopark and a national 5A tourist attraction, Tianzhushan is actively integrating into the global tourism landscape and advancing its international communication initiative, “Let the World Discover the Beauty of Tianzhushan.” Since the beginning of this year, the scenic area has creatively launched the “Hundreds of Universities, Thousands of Participants International Youth Communication Program,” recruiting young communication ambassadors from universities around the world. Centered on the concept of “youth perspectives with international expression,” the program is designed to build an open platform for cultural exchange and global communication among Chinese and international youth.

Through immersive landscape study tours, creative workshops, and collaborative content creation for overseas social media platforms, the program continues to produce high-quality multilingual content.
Its goal is to let the oriental aesthetics of Tianzhushan resonate with the energy of youth, and to tell the story of Tianzhushan to the world in vivid and engaging ways.

As a UNESCO Global Geopark, Tianzhushan has already established friendly partnerships with geoparks in multiple countries and has cultivated a strong international atmosphere for study travel.This“Hundreds of Universities, Thousands of Participants”program places a special emphasis on youth engagement and digital communication, encouraging creative storytelling across multiple platforms.The first field trip event was launched in early June, bringing together around one hundred students from a number of universities to begin this vibrant journey of youth creativity at Tianzhushan.

On the first day of the trip, the students entered the tranquil Valley Stream Cultural Park, where they explored more than 300 cliff inscriptions dating from the Tang Dynasty to the Republic of China period, hidden among flowing streams and ancient trees.Through their cameras, they captured the timeless literary elegance carved into stone and felt the enduring vitality of Chinese culture.

That night, a bonfire was lit at the study camp, where Chinese and international students danced together around the fire, shared creative reflections, and filled the valley with laughter.
Early the next morning, the group set out to challenge Tianzhu Peak, which rises to an elevation of 1,489.8 meters.Passing through Mystery Valley and climbing the Hundred-step Ladder, they supported and encouraged one another all the way to the summit.When they finally stood at the top, gazing out over seas of clouds and extraordinary rock formations, the passion of youth and the grandeur of the landscape shone together in a truly memorable moment.

A Russian international student named Katya said excitedly,“Every frame I captured was breathtaking. I want more foreign friends to see the beauty of Tianzhushan.”

During the event, participants created and published hundreds of posts, photos, and short videos.
Hashtags such as #AnhuiTianzhushan, #LetTheWorldDiscoverTheBeautyOfTianzhushan, and #LetTheWorldFallInLoveWithTianzhushan continued to gain momentum, helping Tianzhushan break into wider public awareness through youthful and international expression.

Taking this field trip as a new starting point, Tianzhushan will continue to strengthen the“Hundreds of Universities, Thousands of Participants”international youth communication brand.Going forward, it plans to hold regular international youth creative field trips, build communication practice bases, establish scholarships, and work with university media platforms to create a multilingual communication network.
At the same time, it will further develop the youth “experience officer” program, inviting more international young people to visit often, exchange ideas in the mountains and waters, and turn Tianzhushan into a youthful source of inspiration that helps the world fall in love with Tianzhushan while continuously energizing the internationalization of cultural tourism.
