“Although our trip began with a small mishap, the warm-hearted help from this urban management officer truly let us feel the kindness and hospitality of the people of Anqing.”

On June 12, the law enforcement brigade of the Tianzhushan Scenic Area received a letter of thanks from Mr. Cao and his wife, tourists from Jiangxi.
In the letter, they sincerely described how officer Hu Jun helped them recover a lost mobile phone during their trip to Tianzhushan.

The Incident

A phone left in a taxi

On June 11, Mr. Cao and his wife traveled from Jiangxi to visit Tianzhushan in Anqing.
Just after getting out of the taxi, Mr. Cao suddenly realized that he had accidentally left his phone in the vehicle.
His wife tried calling the number several times, but no one answered.
As strangers in an unfamiliar place, and with important work materials and travel information stored on the phone, the couple became increasingly anxious and did not know what to do.

Timely Help

An officer stepped forward without hesitation

At that moment, an urban management law enforcement officer who was on duty nearby noticed their distress and主动 stepped forward to ask what had happened.
After learning the situation, he immediately took Mr. Cao and his wife to contact the local police station and accompanied them in reviewing traffic surveillance footage from a nearby intersection.
Step by step, they narrowed down the clues and identified the taxi.

After nearly half an hour of effort, they finally got in touch with the taxi driver who had picked up the phone, and the lost device was successfully returned to Mr. Cao.

A Simple Remark

“We can’t let out-of-town visitors leave with regret”

Throughout the whole process, the officer remained patient and attentive.
He not only helped solve the problem, but also kept reassuring the couple and calming their nerves.

Afterward, when Mr. Cao and his wife wanted to formally express their gratitude, the officer politely declined and simply said:

“This is what I should do. Visitors who come to Tianzhushan from other places should not leave with regret.”

That simple sentence deeply warmed the couple’s hearts.

The Officer

A veteran Party member with a warm heart

Mr. Cao made a special note of the officer’s badge number: 34153125.
After verification, the helpful officer was identified as Hu Jun, squad leader of the Tianzhushan Scenic Area Law Enforcement Brigade and a long-serving Party member with 30 years of Party membership.

When informed that the tourists had specially sent a thank-you letter, Hu Jun said modestly:

“It was simply part of my duty. Any staff member at Tianzhushan would have done the same.”

Service Spirit

A warm affirmation for Tianzhushan and Anqing

A relevant person in charge of the Tianzhushan Scenic Area said that Hu Jun had demonstrated the principle of “visitors first, service foremost” through his practical actions and fully reflected the strong sense of responsibility shared by Tianzhushan staff.

The scenic area will take this as an opportunity to further improve service quality, so that every visitor can leave Tianzhushan with satisfaction and heartfelt memories.

At the end of their letter, Mr. Cao and his wife wrote:

“We wish Tianzhushan tourism continued success, and we wish all the warm-hearted and kind people of Anqing happiness and good fortune in everything.”

This gratitude sent across hundreds of miles is one of the warmest expressions of recognition for both Tianzhushan and Anqing.
