Important: Please read carefully

During the National Day holiday peak, Tianzhushan Scenic Area will implement a “purchasing a ticket also serves as a reservation” system, together with capacity limits, advance reservations, and staggered travel arrangements.

Official Ticket Channel

Open WeChat or Alipay and search for the “Tianzhushan Tourism Official Platform” mini program.

1. Select “Tianzhushan Ticket Reservation.”

2. Choose your mountain-entry route, such as the South Gate, Dalongwo Cableway, or Longtanhe Cableway.

3. Select the ticket type and tap “Order Now.”

4. Enter your real-name information, including your name and ID number.

5. Complete payment. When the page displays “Reservation Successful,” your ticket purchase is complete and your place has been secured.

Tickets are also available through OTA platforms including Douyin, Meituan, Ctrip, Tongcheng, Fliggy, and Amap.

Entry Method

After purchasing a ticket, enter directly by scanning your ID card or ticket QR code. There is no need to exchange it for a paper ticket.

Important: Visitors using lifetime admission tickets or other special-discount tickets must bring their physical ID cards to enter.

The rule of one person, one ID will be strictly enforced. The identity information used for reservation and ticket purchase must match the actual visitor’s ID information.

Special Groups

• Visitors eligible for free admission, including seniors aged 65 and above, children under 1.2 meters, and active-duty military personnel, may purchase a “Free-Admission Visitor Ticket” in advance through the official Tianzhushan mini program.

• Minors, full-time students, and seniors aged 60 to 65 may purchase a “Tianzhushan Concession Ticket” with the required documents.

Please note: During the National Day holiday, ticket sales will stop after 15:30. Advance reservations and off-peak travel are strongly recommended.

National Day Hotel + Ticket Packages

The National Day holiday is approaching. Want to avoid crowds and enjoy a worry-free trip? Tianzhushan’s official hotel + ticket packages are now available.

There is no need to book accommodation and tickets separately. Arrange your room and admission together, while securing your entry reservation. It is convenient and offers excellent value.

Qingxueju

A cost-effective mountain stay

If you want to wake up to mountain views and seas of clouds, Qingxueju is an excellent value option on the mountain. It belongs to Tianzhu Villa and is located beside Qinglong Stream at an elevation of approximately 960 meters.

Rooms are equipped with televisions, private bathrooms, and free broadband internet, providing a comfortable place to rest after a full day of hiking.

Mountain accommodation has always been in high demand, and during holidays rooms can be extremely difficult to secure. If you want to stay at Qingxueju, reserve quickly.

Shuiyunju

It is approximately a 22-minute drive from the Tianzhushan Chazhuang Visitor Center, making transportation highly convenient.

During the National Day holiday, Tianzhushan will implement capacity limits, advance reservations, and staggered travel arrangements. Admission is based on real-name reservations, and daily visitor numbers are limited. Once the daily quota is reached, all ticket channels will close.

For official hotel + ticket packages:

1. Search for the “Tianzhushan Tourism Official Platform” mini program on WeChat.

2. Enter the National Day Hotel + Ticket Package section.

3. Select your preferred accommodation and place the order.

4. Complete payment. The reservation is confirmed once payment is successful.

If you purchase a package through Douyin, please immediately call the official hotline at 400-0556-900 to reserve your specific check-in date.

Failure to reserve a date may result in no room being available when you arrive. National Day accommodation is limited, so reserve as soon as possible. Book early and stop once all rooms are reserved.
