As a gentle touch of autumn settles over the mountains and a full moon slowly rises into the sky, the romance of Mid-Autumn Festival comes to rest beside Xuehu at the foot of Tianzhushan.

Every year, people look forward to Mid-Autumn Festival for the same simple blessings: a bright full moon and the warmth of reunion.

The Xuehu performance Lakebound Dreams: Xiao Qiao’s Wedding takes place magnificently on the lake. Xuehu becomes a natural waterborne theater, with sightseeing boats moving slowly across the water. You sit aboard a painted boat as the boat itself enters a living scroll.

Light, water, and mist intertwine, while the graceful melodies of Huangmei Opera drift across the evening breeze. Revisit the timeless love story of Zhou Yu and Xiao Qiao and experience the romantic depth of a thousand years of Wan-region cultural heritage.
